Friendship
Day three into changing my sleeping pattern. Today I needed one more cup of coffee then my usual two to get my day started. The tiredness of being awake when I would ordinarily be asleep, and being asleep when I am usually awake is beginning to take a toll on my body. Only three more days until I shall be at my first major goal about when to be going to sleep, midnight.
